  1. House Policies – In-Venue Conduct and Safety

3.1. Timeliness and Table Hold

We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time. Tables are held for 15 minutes past the booking time. After that, we reserve the right to release the table and mark the reservation as a no-show.

3.1.1. Arrivals After the 15-Minute Grace Period

If your table has been released after the 15-minute grace period, we will do our very best to seat you as soon as possible. However, availability cannot be guaranteed and delays should be expected. Please note that compensation will not be offered in such situations.

3.2. Dining Time

Each reservation allows for a 2-hour dining experience to ensure timely seating for all our guests.

3.3. Alcohol Policy – Zero Tolerance

Bringing your own alcohol is strictly prohibited. A £36 corkage fee per item will be immediately added to your bill for any off-site alcohol brought into the restaurant. This policy is enforced without exception.

3.6. Respecting Our Team

Our staff are here to ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all. Any form of abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate removal of the entire party from the premises. In such cases, the full bill will be charged, regardless of whether the meal or service was completed.

3.7. Children

Our bar area operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do not accept reservations for bar seating.
Reservations are intended for dining only. If a table is booked exclusively for drinks, a £10.00 per person charge will apply, as the table could have been made available to guests dining with us. We kindly ask for your cooperation.

3.14. Payment Methods

We accept cash as well as all major credit and debit cards. Please note that we do not accept cheques under any circumstances.

For all bookings, a single itemised bill will be presented to the table. It is the responsibility of your party to discuss and calculate how you wish to divide the total. While we do not split individual items, we are happy to process multiple payments, provided each guest clearly communicates the amount they wish to pay.

To keep service running smoothly, we kindly ask that your party agree on the bill split before notifying a member of staff.

Any unpaid amount remaining at the end of the transaction will be the responsibility of the final guest settling the bill, or where applicable, will be charged to the card on file associated with the reservation.

3.18. Noise & Consideration

We ask all guests to be mindful of their volume while dining. Excessive noise or behaviour that disturbs other guests may result in the entire party being asked to leave. This helps maintain a calm and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
